"I woke up today to my 12 year old dog coughing. My wonderful vet doesn't do emergencies anymore so I called Elwood Animal Hospital. What a great experience from the first call, to check in and the exam. Ella answered and was able to get me in today. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Ella was also my vet tech for Carson. She and Dr. Ingold were so kind and gentle with my sweet old guy. They assessed him and got me the meds we needed. While I adore my vet and his staff, I would not hesitate to take Carson back when my regular office is not open. Plus I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a new office and doctors for their fur kids!!!"
